Frickin' Rollercoaster

Ok, so this post is gonna come later, I was having a serious thought/convo about religion/homosexuals and I really REALLY want feedback!

Talking about homosexuals, and what our views are on it:

wut do u make of it
umm, i'm catholic, so i think it isn't right, but i don't think they deserve less respect, or less rights, it's their decision, so is their religion, so, w/e, if it's what they believe then so be it
what's the catholic tie in*
catholics think it is a sin to be gay, or bi, all christians do i think
not all christians, do they say why its a sin?
it's not how god intended us to live
but doenst god have control over everything
actually, i thilnk it's more of a, "u need to find the lords path" and like, at baptism ur set on it, but you can like stray from it, and then find it again u know?
so becoem gay then not gay?
so like, if ur parents strayed, and didn't baptise you then u could still find the path of god, sure
i agree that its not the norm, the ultimate goal of huamnity, is to reproduce thus thrive, homosexuality prevents that, but i dotn know bout the sin thing, sins can be forgiven, it seems liek gay people, woudltn veiw it as a disease that can be forgiven

K, well I have to go, more to come I guess. But please.. feedback!

¿Eureka!

I finally found reason enough to post again. This actually should be slightly interesting.

First, there are two things that I am surprised that people don't realize/know about me.
1. I know of the gutter, and sometimes my mind does slip in it, and yes, girls' minds do slip into it too, not just guys'. I was at the football game, and yes, there was a disturbance farther down the bench that a few of us noticed, and someone made a comment about how they couldn't believe what I was saying was actually coming out of my mouth. Innocent child? Have you not sat w/me at lunch???? I don't think you should if that surprised you that much.

2. I am a good actress. Let's just leave it at that. I can cover things up well, except for my stupid eyes, but they can also be deceiving because they always have big huge raccoon circles underneath them.

I was talking with some people, when someone made a comment about this blog. About how some people check it religiously. I asked why?? We barely ever post! What a disappointment- to check this thing daily w/no results! no new material! The response I got shocked me. I could not believe it. I thought I knew this person well, but I guess the fact that they are slightly sexist didn't appear on my sexist-radar. In answer to my question they supposedly check our blog often because "he thinks all girls are messed up and thinks your blog is..." I think they said "an example of this" or "is retarded" something of the sort. Well sorry, but since when is there blog etiquette?? Am I supposed to talk about only dinner-appropriate subjects? Am I supposed to actually blog about something of context? Cuz I do remember you commenting on some other blog that they should "have less content" in their posts. Kinda hypocritical don't you think? Then I got around to thinking, why, why, would a guy think this about girls? And I came up with some reasons why guys are misreading us or misjudging or whatever.

1. Girls giggle. A lot. I think guys take this as us being stupid, ditzy or just plain annoying. Ahem, but laughing/giggle is good for your heart, keeps it healthy man! And it is also just us trying to have a good time, if you can get giggly about nothing you know u are lighthearted, and for the time all the pressures of being a teen, peers, boys, school and whatever else, are lifted. It does not mean we are ditzy.

2. Just because you have a blonde moment does not mean you are stupid. Trust me, just trust me on this, I am a complete blonde, obviously by the looks of this blog, and I am definitely not stupid. Check the class ratings. I ain't one 'a dem dere farmar folk who at da bottum. O no sir, I ain't. And yes, I can make fun of farmers, I come from a dad who was a farmer, and didn't do so well in classes, just because he had other things to do, you know? work on the farm and such..

3. Guys think sluts are attractive. Why? It's like making out with another guy. Wow, ya'll are bi in a way I guess, since that obviously doesn't gross you out.

4. Yes, we have periods and we have PMS. And if a girl snaps at you this may be the reason. Don't think we hate you or are moody. It's not our fault talk to my pituitary gland, and she'll send you to talk to Ms. Estrogen. Have fun, bring tissues.

5. Some girls are shy, and don't talk much, or look at you or even like to stray from her friends. This comes off as being stuck up. But it isn't. At all. I'm reading this story Kerosene, and it is about a really really really shy guy. Sooo you guys suffer from it too, and guys are hardly ever referred to as stuck up...

6. I will not deny it, girls have trust issues. If you had to put up with 2-faced backstabers so would you. If you break a girls trust ur gonna end up breaking ur back to make up for it. Good luck to all you unlucky guys out there. Chocolate is the best mood-improver, so I suggest getting her to ingest some of that first.

Yeah, so pretty sure I strayed from my original topic, but oh well, that is kinda the point I wanted to get across, not exactly, cuz I have like a 5 minute memory, so I forgot all of my good material, but I think it is pretty close.

AntiSense it is, a perfect match

We decided to change our blog name from Antitango, to AntiSense. This came along, partially because of a hilarious comment from someone in Chemistry, and also, I think, because honestly, our blog makes no sense. That is the point, this is supposed to be a random, rambling and humorous blog. That is its purpose! So anyone who comments on our blog, and says this is pointless, or stupid or whatever, I think that this is the word to describe you??? - ignorant. Correct me if I'm wrong you brainiacs out there. So, continuing with the post!

So, uh, homecoming, what to say about it? I loved my dress, makeup, earrings, and toes. I was SO completely frustrated with my hair, and I think since we did my nails right after I got my hair done that that (yes, two that's) is why my nails didn't go so well. I was actually proud of the pics I took, which is nice. Pictures were fun, as that big of a group. Same with dinner. Vitus and I did our usual take hilariously embarrassing pictures bit, with fries, and straws.... And a breadstick..... yeah, embarrassing. Even more embarrassing when I take them to school tomorrow......

The dance sucked. The DJ Sucked. His music was horrible. I'm sick of the song Jump Around after hearing it 4 or 5 times on Saturday. End of discussion on the dance.

After the dance, a huge group of us went to Vitus's boyfriend's house. That was fun!! Everyone was on a sugar high! It was a blast. I ate sooo much. Vitus, Pluto and I rode this futon mattress down the stairs a few times, totally sweet! I highly recommend doing that! We were gonna play spin the bottle, that got shot down eventually, then it morphed into playing spin the bottle and sing to them. That was a bust.

Hmm, what else? It was a fun homecoming, excluding the dance, and I'm glad I decided to go, after much convincing, even tho I didn't have a date.

This unknown person has texted me twice now. The first one was empty, so I thought, oh maybe it is the wrong number. I called the number a lot, but then they texted me again w/ this: :-:)

That is kinda odd... But idk, I'll wait and see if they text me more, it's kinda odd tho, since both have been around the same time every time.

I think I'm making a big deal out of nothing! Like usual!!!

Freeze and Forget

I'm sitting here freezing!! The icecream is definitely not helping, like Ms. Brey said it should.... "eat spicy food in hot climates, it will cool ur body temp". So thinking it is true the opposite way, I decided to try it, and it is definitely false.

I have discovered that my morning memory is about 50%. haha I can remember about half of the things I need to. Not good.

School started on Thursday. Hmm, not sure what to think. The new school is cool, but I find it funny that there are these random and huge bathrooms dotted all over the place. It is like you are entering a bathroom and you can see another one down the hall... odd, but atleast I know that it will be very rare to wait in a line.

Let's see, my classes... Hmm, Slater is the most bland thing since oatmeal. Stenz seems like he will be a really good teacher, but he just creeps me out completely, especially his beginning story.

That's about it for now, tomorrow should be fun! Everyone should come support Jv tomorrow, since I can't, I'm gonna be watching Varstiy! hahahaaaaaaaaaa
I'm glad that now I can go to homecoming, though nothing is planned, and Abbs and I have realized how screwed over we are. But w/e it will be fun, even if I have to go to dinner alone, and have to talk to Abbs on the phone instead of party w/her in person :( if she can't make it ):
(WHO IS GOING TO GRAB RANDOM PEEPS W/ME WHEN COTTON-EYED JOE COMES ON?????????)

Too Technologically-Challenged

Vitus-I found this awesome picture of two awesome lizards, that I was going to put as our "profile image" thing. Well, heck, I don't know how to use that! So, w/e, guess it won't represent us! Oh well.

So school starts soon.

Ok, done talking about school.

Homecoming then, hmm, what to say? That I'm really mad that Lori's daughter's wedding is the EXACT SAME DAY? Yep, that's not good. That I'm mad that I'll be here anyways, but yet my parents said I can't go?? for some unknown reason??? I'll make it work though. I made my hair appointment, and I'm way ahead of the game this year, there is no way I can't go! I already looked around for cute up-dos and have a good idea of what I want. Ughhh I just have to go. A.C. and I already decided what we are doing for our nails and everything! errrrrr so maddening. I'll drive myself to the hair appointment if I have to. (illegally...) It won't matter that much if I crash the old silver truck.. heck it will probably be mine anyways.

This year should be awesome, it just feels like it will be a good year.

SHOOT that is soo totally about sch**l it is not even funny.

W/E, I'm done for now, less I make another mistake leading into the 6 letter "s" word.

Homecoming soo totally doesn't count as sch**l.

Ditched by Vitus...

So, here I am, again, alone.... Vitus left me, (on my free-est week so far this summer!) to go up north. She went somewhere in the Apostle Islands... Camping, I bet they don't last, they'll be in a hotel after the 3rd night in that bug filled tent.. Too funny... It'll be just like a repeat of camp for you Vitus!!

Ahh well, so now I am sitting here, slightly exhausted, it's been a tough 3 days! On Saturday I had all the girls over (minus Bert, who was camping... how ironic!) for my birthday (including Pluto, Uranus, Neptune, Venus, Jupiter, I think I'm forgetting some..... They came over at 3:30, with Amanda here at 3 to help me set up. I was cleaning Geronimo's cage, when I remembered that the vacuum wasn't working well, it worked, but it reeked... So I had to vacuum up the feathers, and risk Geronimo dying of fumes... ( he hasn't croaked as of yet, but any day now he might). The plan was to sleep out in the tent, if everything went well (no thunderstorms), which it did, luckily! So anyway, they all got here, with Pluto being only slightly hyper at that time. We set up the tent, and it was like 90 degrees out, and everyone was hot and sweaty, so we got in our swim suits, and got extremely refreshed with the 40 degree hose water. With the tent put up (somehow, no one knew how it worked, including me, it was kinda guess and hope it doesn't fall down..) we headed downstairs, to freeze our butts off even more in my 50 degree basement. Things went insane from there on out. Someone found our "costumes" (which aren't hard to find, since they are hanging up in plain sight) and Rachel decided to get dressed up in one... Needless to say, it was interesting... Then everyone picked one out. I'm not going to say who was in which costume, but here is the list: 2 Cowgirl Maids, decked out in cowboy hats, swim suits, and feather dusters; A ballerina in a beautiful (hideous) pink tutu, with a lovely, and contrasting swim suit underneath that totally made the outfit; A pre-Jennifer Lopez in a (again, hideous) red dress that made anyone have a ghetto booty; A purple bumblebee in a peasant dress; a bridesmaid in another hideous purple dress; another retro bridesmaid in another hideous pink lacy dress; I think that is all, otherwise I can't remember anymore. So, we are in these ugly costumes, and we decide, 'Omg!! I have the Backstreet Boy's new CD upstairs, we HAVE to make a music video to 'Incomplete'". So we made a hilarious, and totally classified music video, that won't leave my house until senior graduation. We named it: "Incomplete: staring the Wing WANG sistas and costarring Mr. Deer". To say the least it was hilarious... With some of Pluto's more embarassing and super-hyper moments caught on tape.
So, now with the music video complete, it was time for pizza, cake, icecream and all that yummy stuff. We then watched the end of Legally Blonde (it was on tv) and I opened presents. Thanks you guys!! I love them all!! We have to go shopping!! I have money to spend!! And a strawberry fruit chiller awaiting me at Gloria Jeans! Then, we took our stuff out to the tent. At this point in time it was like 9:45, or 10, and dark. (to understand what happens next, you need to understand one thing: 2 nights before this, I had threatened all the guys I knew not to come, because somehow some had found out about it, and were thinking of dropping by. My dad is incredibly protective and has, in the past, chased down guys off our lawn, and gotten their names, phone numbers, and addresses, which he doesn't remember anymore. So, somehow all the guys thought my dad was going to shoot them! uh, not really...) So any, because of all that ^ I was completely on edge, and paranoid that the guys may show up. Then, Abby and I thought we saw a white t-shirt, and started chasing after it. Then, down the street we saw 2 guys on bikes. Thus, the chase began. There were six girls chasing around my block, after 2 (1 biker went the other way...) unknown people on bikes. Then we recognize the people, and are still chasing them, since they won't stop, even though we are screaming their names. After sprinting around my block (in bare feet) we are exhausted, and they got away. Then we decide to stand outside, waiting, figuring they will ride past, just to check... Which they do, then freak out because a car is coming down the road (and they think it is my dad coming home from the river). When asked why they didn't stop when they heard their names they replied "We thought your dad was with you guys with the shotgun." Wow, ok......
The rest of the night was girl talk, and hilarious comments....and searching for interesting constellations....

Yeah, it was an awesome sleep over, even if I do get a little crabby at night, sorry gals.

Now I'm getting pumped up for this weekend. My cousins are coming up from Arkansas to our cabin. It's going to be a blast! Plus, it is over my birthday, which is the best present anyone could ever give me.

Speaking of presents. I don't know, but I just don't like getting presents. I love them, but I don't think I'm materialistic (even though it seems sometimes that that is all I am...not good) enough to get all those presents at once. I'd rather give presents. Gosh, I should be Santa... lol, too bad. This is mainly the reason that I put Christmas towards the bottom of my list of favorite holidays. I love LOVE getting to see all of my relatives, and I love the crazy 14 cousin atmosphere, and I love baking Christmas cookies, but just cut me out of the presents. I love seeing other people get presents. I don't know, I'm not trying to sound like I'm all "do God's wishes" because believe me, I'm not, I can be materialistic, for which I feel like slapping myself. If I could drive, I would most definitely work at one of those soup kitchens or something volunteer-y like that on Christmas. That would be perfect. Which I plan to do something similar once I can drive. :)

So yeah, signing off again, since this post is already waaayyy too long,

Ginga's solo

Yeah, so this is the first posting I'm doing by myself... Without Vitus :( Oh well, I'll try... It's been such a long time since we posted that one about exams! I completely forgot about this thing. Vitus has been over a couple more times since that, but not as much as last summer, probably because I have been gone so much. My family took a trip out West, you know, to South Dakota and Wyoming and such places.. It was fun, although I got really really sick of driving all that way. We saw the Badlands (which was sooo beautiful, and probably was my favorite place) where we hiked way up one of the mountains (is that what you call those tower things?). Then we drove through the Black hills, which were mainly small mountains w/tons of tree cover, so they looked black. We went to Mt. Rushmore, and were planning to watch the light show at 9 but we were too tired to even think about staying there another minute, so after like 15 minutes of gazing at the presidents we drove to our next hotel. We went to bear country, which probably ranks second in my list of favorites. In bear country you drive through this park, and there are wild animals in there, that sometimes come really close to your car. We had a bear bump into our car, that was interesting. We also saw Yellowstone, the Big Horn Mountains (where I was about to get sick from driving up and down all those switchbacks, because my dad obeys his own speed limit), Wall Drug, and all tons of other things... I had buffalo coming out of my ears... I got soo sick of buffalo, there were all over the place.

Wow, boring post...

I'm reading this book, where the main character has the power to read minds (nicely received from a toxic swamp). I was thinking about that, the power to read minds, and at first I thought it would be awesome, I mean you could see what people truly felt about you. You'd realize who really cared, and who didn't, and it would totally help in a relationship. (you'd be able to tell if that hottie in the next grade up even knew your name!!) But then I got around to thinking that you'd probably find out details that you wouldn't want to know. I think it would be an over load of info. I doubt that there are many people out there that don't get annoyed, even a little, by me. I don't think I'd want to know what they are annoyed by, because then I would want to change it, (not for cliche reasons, but because I respect these people) and by the time I had changed all those annoying habits, it just wouldn't be me. There'd be nothing left. Besides, with mind reading, I think it would be harder to follow your gut instincts, and your heart.

I doubt that any of that made any sense.... Oh well

My birthday's coming up soon!!! Yay! My cousins and aunt and uncle are coming up from Arkansas to go to the cabin with us over my birthday, so that should be awesome!! They are fun cousins to hang out with, such sweethearts! And I can tease them about their newly acquired southern accents! Even though they deny it.

Well, I think I tried hard enough on this blog, and I have nothing else to say.

Vitus~ you need to post-pone your trip to the Apostles' Islands.... just for 2 days!

Signin' off,

Testing?
Hey
